Excited to call New York her new home, Ieva has already drawn on the city’s fast paced, quick thinking lifestyle. Given the perfect combination of tactic and charm, she keeps things in balance and is always a few steps ahead in the business world, making her a valuable asset to the MCIntl Team.
There’s no doubt about it that Ieva is both well versed with the meetings and incentives industry and committed to assisting North American planners take their events from the preliminary planning phase to ultimate success!
Being an innovation enthusiast she also strongly believes in capitalizing on the opportunity to use social media to market business events.
Holding a Bachelor of International Tourism Management she is currently working on her Masters in Tourism. Over the years Ieva has achieved a solid multicultural education and experience while studying and working in England, France and Denmark. This Latvian has a global perspective and speaks an impressive six languages in total—English, Latvian, Russian, Danish, French and a touch of German.
Ieva credits her determination and time management skills to her past experience as a swimmer. Nevertheless, at the end of the day, she is a tough competitor who won’t take “no” for an answer… in or out of the water!
