Our services are FREE to meeting planners, conference organizers, incentive buyers, tour operators and trade professionals. Let us help you save on research, travel and expenses.
We will, free of charge:
- Provide updated meeting and incentive planners' guides and calendar of events
- Send marketing materials such as brochures, videos, CD-ROM and promotional teasers
- Act as a liaison between planners and suppliers, including hotels, DMCs, PCOs and convention centers
- Plan and coordinate site inspection visits
- Present destinations to planners and clients
- Work out program specifications, forward RFPs and facilitate proposals to be sent directly to you
- Alert appropriate venues to hold or release space, allowing you to save time and money
